The Redress of the Past presents an Historical Pageants Day and evening concert at the Cecil Sharp House, home to the English Folk Dance and Song Society. Both events are free and open to the public. This event was to originally occur in March 2020 but has been rescheduled for 20 February 2021.
The Historical Pageants Day takes features exhibitions, talks, archival film screenings, and performances from pageant scenes by Trestle.
The evening programme includes a concert of pageant music piano duets performed by Parker Gordon and Andrew Macintosh, pageant and folk songs performed by Amanda Boyd, and scenes and songs from the forthcoming Axbridge Pageant (now rescheduled for August 2021).
